BPOST pick-up Points - Your parcels delivered the way YOU like it



This service was made possible thanks to a collaboration between DHL & BPOST.


With this service you can select how your parcels will get delivered by choosing one of the delivery options from the BPOST website:


  • Standard delivery: 1 delivery attempt will be done and if not successful goods will be available at nearest pick-up location the next working day
  • Pick-up point or Cubee parcel locker: More than 2.500 locations available across Belgium
    • Extended availability outside working hours & on Saturdays
  • Delivery to alternative address


What do you need to do to activate this service?




This service will be proposed for a flat fee of € 7 per order


RMA pick-up service

You have goods to return to Ingram Micro, let us handle this for you!


You can request this within a few clicks through our webshop:




  • Click on the RMA number and from there select “Request the Pickup”



  • We will handle the request within 24h and you will get notified by mail once pick-up is requested to the carrier
    • Your standard freight charges will be applied for this pick-up service
