1- RMA Request to
Nicolas.amy@ingenico.com & rma.baracoda.ihc.co@ingenico.com with the details of the faulty unit (description of the issue, part number, serial number, purchase date)
2- Reseller receives an RMA number
3- This RMA number must be written on the parcel
4- Parcel must be shipped to:
Ingenico Healthcare/e-ID - « River Seine » - 25 quai Galliéni - 92158 Suresnes Cedex – France – ATTN :Nicolas AMY
5- If the reader is under warranty, it will be repaired within working 5 days
