Reseller contacts HONEYWELL for case ID number first:

Once the case ID number has been obtained, please provide following details to customer.service.be@ingrammicro.com:
- part number
- serial number
- detailed failure description
- copy of proof of purchase
Unit needs to be returned within 5 working days after return approval and will be sent to HONEYWELL for credit.

Ingram Micro will log a repair request on the HONEYWELL Portal on behalf of the reseller.
Unit must be sent back to HONEYWELL for repair by the reseller afterwards.
