Extra info:
Units in original box
Collection by Kyocera within 3 working days after DOA approval
If no issue is found or the issue is caused through incorrect handling of the unit, the DOA procedure will be cancelled and the unit will be sent back to the reseller/end user.
If the DOA is accepted, a credit note will be sent to Ingram Micro.
The reseller may send a claim to Ingram Micro afterwards.
