Reseller/End User contacts EVOLIS:

1. End user connects to www.badgy.com and registers his serial number under the support section.
2. Evolis technical team will validate the DOA/RMA and will send the RMA number to the end user.
3. The End User returns the printer to EVOLIS
4. In warranty printers will be repaired and sent back to the end user
5. For out of warranty printers the End User will received a repair quotation for approval first.
