With Fairphone's after sales return process, we can guarantee the shortest TAT and also all shipping costs covered without unnecessary administration and cross-invoicing. In order to create an account with our repair center, you should follow the following steps:
1. Open the attached excel sheet called 'Fairphone After-Sales account creation'. Fill in the details and send the document to 'aftersales@fairphone.com'.
2. With this information, we can make your Cordon account details. Once it has been created, we will send you your login details by email. Please be patient as this process can take up to 2 weeks.
