Procedure of DOA:
Ingram Micro will request a DOA incident number on your behalf.
Please send the following info to customer.service.be@ingrammicro.com :
- Detailed Failure Description: (example Does not charge)
- Quantity: (example 1)
- DOA Management type : (Replacement, Repair, Credit Note, Free of Charge):
- Defect Occurrence : (Out of The Box/ Incoming Inspection/ During Installation):
- List of Serial #s (if Quantity of defective units is more than one):
- If the device is older than 3 months, we need the sell invoice from you to the customer.
- Pictures if possible.
After DOA approval from DATALOGIC, your Ingram Micro RMA will follow as soon as possible.
